Com origem nos Alpes Su\u00ed\u00e7os e fortemente ligado \u00e0 hist\u00f3ria, mitologia e espiritualidade celta, a banda se tornou fundamental na cena do metal moderno. O primeiro \u00e1lbum, <strong><em>V\u00ean<\/em><\/strong> (2004), introduziu uma mistura \u00fanica de death metal mel\u00f3dico e folk tradicional. \u00c1lbuns sucessores, como <strong><em>Slania<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Everything Remains (As It Never Was)<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Helvetios<\/em><\/strong> e <strong><em>Origins<\/em><\/strong>, fortaleceram sua fama.
