Al\u00e9m de marcar o retorno da marca \u00e0s atividades, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m comemorou os 30 anos de hist\u00f3ria do festival, apesar da primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o ter sido realizada em 1994.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-55dja23437\">O line up foi inteiramente composto por nomes consagrados do cen\u00e1rio internacional. O p\u00fablico p\u00f4de conferir apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de gigantes do rock pesado em suas diferentes vertentes, como Stratovarius (power\/prog metal), Opeth (doom metal), Queensr\u00ffche, Savatage, Judas Priest e Scorpions (heavy metal tradicional), al\u00e9m do Europe (hard rock). Infelizmente, nenhum grupo nacional foi escalado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-y559n23439\"><strong>Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-xn18c23441\">O <em>Monsters of Rock<\/em> \u00e9 um festival lend\u00e1rio dentro do universo da m\u00fasica pesada, sendo um dos primeiros eventos de grande porte dedicados ao rock extremo realizados em S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-te9mk23445\">A primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu em 1994, no Est\u00e1dio do Pacaembu, e trouxe um lineup que mesclava bandas internacionais de peso, como Slayer e Black Sabbath, com expoentes do underground nacional, como Viper e Angra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-k5n9i23447\">O sucesso foi imediato, e o festival passou a ser realizado em outras edi\u00e7\u00f5es marcantes ao longo dos anos, com headliners ic\u00f4nicos como Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper, Faith No More, Megadeth e Manowar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-fhszg23449\">Ap\u00f3s um longo intervalo de 15 anos, o <em>Monsters of Rock<\/em> retornou em 2013 com um novo formato, apostando em dois dias de programa\u00e7\u00e3o e combinando bandas cl\u00e1ssicas e contempor\u00e2neas. Apesar do sucesso, a marca foi novamente colocada em pausa a partir de 2016, deixando um legado importante na cena de festivais no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-l3jhc23453\">Em 2023, o festival ressurgiu com for\u00e7a total, tendo o Allianz Parque como palco do seu retorno triunfal. J\u00e1 em 2025, o espa\u00e7o foi novamente escolhido para sediar a edi\u00e7\u00e3o comemorativa de 30 anos desse verdadeiro \u00edcone do rock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experi\u00eancia geral e shows<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-i0f0r23459\">Ainda pela manh\u00e3, os arredores do Allianz Parque e da Avenida Francisco Matarazzo j\u00e1 estavam completamente tomados pelos headbangers. Antes mesmo das 10h, hor\u00e1rio oficial de abertura dos port\u00f5es, centenas de f\u00e3s caminhavam pelo bairro da \u00c1gua Branca vestindo camisetas de suas bandas favoritas, enquanto \u00f4nibus de caravanas vindos de diversas regi\u00f5es do estado causavam pequenos congestionamentos nas vias pr\u00f3ximas. Apesar do cen\u00e1rio agitado, o clima era de pura celebra\u00e7\u00e3o e camaradagem. Abrindo com \u201cForever Free\u201d, o grupo seguiu com hinos como \u201cEagleheart\u201d, \u201cWorld on Fire\u201d e \u201cSpeed of Light\u201d, levando o p\u00fablico \u2014 ainda reduzido, mas extremamente animado \u2014 a cantar em coro os refr\u00f5es \u00e9picos e cativantes. Mesmo tocando em um hor\u00e1rio considerado ingrato, o vocalista <strong>Timo Kotipelto<\/strong> agradeceu o esfor\u00e7o dos f\u00e3s, reconhecendo que era muito cedo para um show daquela intensidade. Na reta final, vieram os cl\u00e1ssicos \u201cUnbreakable\u201d e \u201cHunting High and Low\u201d \u2014 verdadeiros hinos do power metal n\u00f3rdico. Embora j\u00e1 contem com uma base s\u00f3lida de f\u00e3s no pa\u00eds, essa foi a primeira vez que o grupo se apresentou em um grande festival brasileiro \u2014 e o desempenho n\u00e3o decepcionou. Em um set conciso de sete faixas, a banda destacou principalmente seu novo \u00e1lbum, <em>The Last Will and Testament<\/em> (2024), com m\u00fasicas como \u201c\u00a71\u201d e \u201c\u00a73\u201d, que mostraram uma forte inclina\u00e7\u00e3o para o prog metal, com estruturas complexas e arranjos elaborados, se distanciando do doom melanc\u00f3lico de suas fases anteriores. Cl\u00e1ssicos como \u201cIn My Time of Need\u201d, \u201cSorceress\u201d e \u201cDeliverance\u201d tamb\u00e9m marcaram presen\u00e7a no repert\u00f3rio. Apesar do ar introspectivo, o vocalista <strong>Mikael \u00c5kerfeldt<\/strong> surpreendeu com seu bom humor, brincando que para muitos o som deles parecia \u201cum monte de barulho sem sentido \u2014 e era exatamente isso que faziam\u201d. Ainda arrancou risos ao se referir ao Opeth como &#8220;a atra\u00e7\u00e3o mais jovem do festival&#8221;, apesar de ele j\u00e1 ter 51 anos e a banda ter mais de 30 anos. A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o foi uma oportunidade interessante para o p\u00fablico se conectar com uma vertente do metal mais densa e, por vezes, incompreens\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-zvqc923498\"><strong>Setlist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-jg6m527816\">\u00a71<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-m2pbp28031\">Master&#8217;s Apprentices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-wvgpw28247\">\u00a73<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ip7ng28464\">In My Time of Need<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-80idj28682\">Ghost of Perdition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ju9i528901\">Sorceress<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-hlpqs29121\">Deliverance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ssz4623501\">J\u00e1 com maior p\u00fablico dentro do Allianz Parque, foi a vez do <strong>Queensr\u00ffche<\/strong> dar in\u00edcio \u00e0 sess\u00e3o de heavy metal tradicional. Em seguida, veio uma sequ\u00eancia avassaladora de sucessos dos \u00e1lbuns <em>Operation: Mindcrime<\/em>, <em>Rage for Order<\/em> e <em>The Warning<\/em>, incluindo \u201c<strong>Walk in the Shadows<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>I Don\u2019t Believe in Love<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>The Needle Lies<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Screaming in Digital<\/strong>\u201d e \u201c<strong>Eyes of a Stranger<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cr8vn23527\">Apesar das cr\u00edticas que o vocalista <strong>Todd La Torre<\/strong> costuma receber de alguns f\u00e3s mais exigentes, principalmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos lan\u00e7amentos recentes da banda, no palco ele mostrou seguran\u00e7a, pot\u00eancia vocal e uma presen\u00e7a marcante. Em seguida, mergulhou no repert\u00f3rio cl\u00e1ssico com <strong>\u201cThe Ocean\u201d, \u201cJesus Saves\u201d, \u201cChance\u201d e \u201cGutter Ballet\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 faixas que equilibram com maestria o peso das guitarras do heavy metal com passagens mel\u00f3dicas de teclado. Foi tamb\u00e9m o primeiro show do lineup a apresentar um cuidado especial com o aspecto visual, utilizando anima\u00e7\u00f5es impactantes que acompanharam as m\u00fasicas durante todo o set. O momento mais tocante veio com \u201c<strong>Believe<\/strong>\u201d, quando uma grava\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via de Jon Oliva surgiu no tel\u00e3o, permitindo que ele participasse com a banda em um gesto simb\u00f3lico e emocionante. Perto do fim, rolou uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o divertida com o p\u00fablico: Zak atirou bolas de futebol na plateia, enquanto, durante o cl\u00e1ssico \u201c<strong>Edge of Thorns<\/strong>\u201d, uma f\u00e3 empolgada tentou subir ao palco.
