A faixa, que j\u00e1 pode ser conferida em todas as plataformas de streaming, chega acompanhada de um videoclipe no canal do grupo no YouTube e marca o in\u00edcio das atividades promocionais em torno de seu vindouro EP. O guitarrista e vocalista <strong>Diego Oliveira<\/strong> comenta sobre o processo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o e o impacto de escolher a faixa como o primeiro cart\u00e3o de visitas da nova forma\u00e7\u00e3o: <em>&#8220;Lan\u00e7ar &#8216;Agony&#8217; primeiro foi uma decis\u00e3o muito certeira para n\u00f3s. Ela sintetiza com perfei\u00e7\u00e3o a energia atual da banda: \u00e9 agressiva, sufocante e tem um n\u00edvel t\u00e9cnico que exigiu bastante de todos no est\u00fadio. A letra trata justamente dessa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de claustrofobia e dor, e ver essa atmosfera ganhando vida agora, tanto no \u00e1udio quanto no videoclipe, \u00e9 a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um trabalho intenso que viemos lapidando. \u00c9 um som feito para bater de frente.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tem\u00e1tica visceral da m\u00fasica tamb\u00e9m se reflete na identidade visual do single. Rompendo com estere\u00f3tipos digitais e saturados pelo uso de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, a capa do single traz uma fotografia crua e monocrom\u00e1tica assinada pela artista visual <strong>Juh Missagia<\/strong>, retratando de forma humana e art\u00edstica o isolamento que a letra de <strong><em>&#8220;Agony&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> transmite. Antes da chegada do EP completo, a banda ainda liberar\u00e1 mais um single in\u00e9dito e videoclipe para a faixa no in\u00edcio de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sobre a banda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formada em 2006, em Belo Horizonte\/MG, a banda \u00e9 atualmente composta por <strong>Kell Reis<\/strong> (vocal), <strong>Diego Oliveira<\/strong> (guitarra e vocal), <strong>Johnny Ambrozio<\/strong> (baixo) e <strong>Tiago Vitek<\/strong> (bateria).
